Photography expands the confines of my studio practice, allowing observation, chance, and patience to guide my work. Discovery of subject and image assists my comprehension of the external world. All the while, curiosity fuels this quest for gathering often disparate photographic truths. My photography is a continuum as one picture leads to another occasionally developing into a series. I look not so much to natural scenery but rather to the nature of my subjects.
